moonlight gourami - strange

Hello guys my moonlight gourami is showing some weird silver bumps on his side they look like little inflamatory spots is the best i can explain this, i have a hospital tank shoul i move him there also what shoul i treat with, it doesnt look bacterial or parasitic, every so often he gets like a white foggy splotch on one of his fins but it just goes away on its own in like a day so i assume it's nothing, no other fish ever show anything like this either.


tank is a 20 gal
no amonia
no nitrite
tempm 79 degrees
