Acrylic Scratches

After looking it up on google, I couldnt find any cheap, DIY mthods of scratch repair. Next time you go to home depot, maybe you could ask for it. IM sure they have something.

No real experience w/ inside surface repair but draining & housing the fish elsewhere temp. I imagine would be necessary. The best product according to my tank mfg. is http://www.novuspolish.com/ . I guess there are others but this came w/ the tank. After completion of repair, a good rinse/wipe/rinse should improve your viewing area (hope the scratches aren't too deep). The multi-product approach is pricey but the results are worth it so far for me. "T"

I just polished my entire tank inside and out with Novus polish; 1,2, and 3. I am very impressed with the results although it took ALOT of work. I don't have a buffer, so it was all polished by hand, and the harder and longer you work at it the better your results will be. I had scratches on the inside that I could feel with my fingernail, and now they are totally invisible. But, it might not fit your application because I did this with a totally empty tank as the polish does get messy.
