i cant find a place to cut glass to fit my tanks top.

what can i use to make a hood, so i can mount my t5 lighting?

something that i can fit to the hood, or get cut, and something that will allow the light to through.
 
30g, i got a drawing of where it needs to be cut and so forth...


where can this be purchased? i looked at a hardware store and didnt see ****.
 
The hardware store should have a counter for construction material. You should ask there about glass/plexi.

Also, you should check for glass stores, as they are more likely to have exactly what you are looking for and better tools for cutting it.
