Hi gang. I'm new at the invert part of this, and have a question. Been reading some of the posts, and I realize I probably am overfeeding, and that adds to the snail population. I have a tank with just inverts in it. Can I add yoyo loaches, or will they eat the shrimp ? I know DP will eat the shrimp, 'cause I had 3 and fed them ghost shrimp as a treat. So that's a no go. Thanx for your help and suggestions.
Just read on Wikipedia that shrimp are NOT safe with yoyo's ! Wouldn't some yoyo's have been livin' large if I put them in a tank with snails and shrimp ! They'd have thought they died and went to fish heaven !!

I keep my clown loaches with snails and shrimp. That would explain the lack on ghost shrimp in my tank. They also stopped eating the mystery snails which is king of weird. :|

my friend kept his shrimp with a school of clown loaches. each loach was around 5 inches. the shrimp survived because they stayed in the hornwort which took up half the tank. a natural food chain.

If they can find the shrimp, they will eat them.

Inverts are naturally on loaches' menu.
