What do you guys trust more/prefer to have?
Liquid test kits or strip?
I need to start up DIY Co2 and don't want my Ph to crash.
And I also have to save money for a lighting system...

with a diy co2 its hard for you to over do it. make a post asking your co2 questions and ill answer. as for your question on hand liquid.

Liquid. NO comparison as far as accuracy is concerned.

Liquid! I'll place different parems in a hat and pull some out before I use strips (same thing).

I use both regularly. I use the quicker strip to get a ballpark read, and if it's too far off
from what I expect, the I do the slower liquid test to get a more accurate test result.
For pH tests, I use a handheld digital pH meter, with which I can check the accuracy
of both the strip and liquid tests.

I've only ever used strips as a quick check if I think something looks out of whack and want an instant test. I then usually follow it up with a liquid test if things are off.
