My best estimate is 1 1/2 smidgens (1 smidgen = 1/32tsp) 3 times a week for a 30g tank... 1/2 smidgen 3x/wk for a 10g.

Powdered Fe is highly concentrated so a word of caution. i don't recommend adding any more than once every 2 weeks. Too much of it can prove to be toxic to fish and some plants will not do well. If you start to see an outbreak of algae, your using to much.
