its easier to follow seen as the acting is WAY better (i dont care what year it was made the acting still sucked). the aliens in the stargate universe were more believable than all the ones in star trek.

Dont get me wrong i like stargate, BUT it doesnt compare to StarTrek, StarTrek Next Generation, Voyeger, or DeepSpace Nine.......I refuse to acknowledge star trek enterprise at this time.

how does stargate not compare to star trek? the scariest alien race in Star trek is the borg. the wraith actually and other aliens can actually scare someone other than the fright of having a computer chip inserted in your rectum.

all forms of star trek are just..............ungodly horrible.

The borg are the ultimate enemy, they dont just wipe you out they take your friends and family and turn them against you. If you send a large army against em there's a chance that army will come back at you......

The Borg are Zombies on crack.

Plus you have Harogens, Cardasians, Shape Shifters w/Jemhadar and a bunch others, but the borg are the big daddy of them all.

What do the Wraith have beside numbers and the ability to suck lol. Atleast you coulda mentioned the Goa'uld or the Ori who are way better .

well, i know one "alien" that would take the borg out in a day, THE MIGHTY REPLICATORS! they would rule the borg! the goa'uld wouldnt stand a snowballs chance in hell against the borg i'll admit. but the replicators would obliterate the borg. replicators adapt far quicker than the borg do.

all the star treks, are kinda good but most are redo's of the original ones,
and if you watched the first ones some of the things that were tv writers fantasys have in some way really happened,
except for the funny girls and monsters, like the story lines about the future and such.. i find it rather mentally stimulating about what other places beyond our solar system etc, how do we know we are the only life out there?

I am a girl and I'm not afraid to say I'm nerdy, I absolutely LOVE Star Trek. lol

oh an my favorite captain is picard. But I really love janeway too. My favorite characters have to be Worf, especially in DS9 and Dax, because she is so awesome. Oh and B'lana. Oh and Data. And spock of course!!! Scotty is pretty cool too though, lol

I agree completely. I am a big fan of the next gen series. I like Stargate as well, but it is not as good. Hell, they creators even make fun of it themselves in some of their episodes.
