Male, I got him as a teeny baby about six months ago. I have too many critters to keep up with so I am trying to re-home some of them.
He is fairly docile as he lives with cherry shrimp without bothering them. I tried a couple of times to give him frozen foods but was mostly unsuccesful. He currently eats primarily blackworms w/ occasional pond snails.
I'd prefer someone local but I will ship him if you pay for shipping + box + heat pack. If you live in a state adjacent to Maryland it should be pretty cheap to ship overnight via Ground.
This is not a beginner fish. You can't just toss this guy in your community tank and forget about him. If you want this fish, let me know and then start doing your homework :grinyes:
