wtf is causing this my tank looked so nice now itsfalling apart, literally
 
How big of a tank? What kind of plants, and what kind of lighting. Adding any ferts or co2?. Any fish? What are your parameters. Anything else you can tell us would help.

I used to have that problem but now I dose with seachem iron liquid dold in beteer fish stores. Its amazing
