Looking good Chinaboy, the cabomba is showing some nice red. The tank is coming along nicely.
One question, where is the java fern? I don't see it.

driftwood with anubias coming in there soon. going to get one of those really skinny ones and try to create some depth.

its reallly hard to see. its in the picture of those spots on my amazon sword. right at the root of the sword between the amazon and the micros. hard to see. very small. a little bigger than a match box.

I've got two pieces of driftwood that have anubias growing on them and they look awesome, good choice! They're the centerpieces of my tank.

I like the driftwood suggestions too! :)
Sorry if I missed Part I on this, but how did you do it, Chinaboy?! Absolutely beautiful plants. You must enjoy this tank very much.

Thats looking great. I am jumping on the driftwood bandwagon also. Once you add it, you take would look complete. I see you took our advice with the black background.;)

whoa, i almost forgot i had this thread up. yah i recommend the black back ground to anyone.
updates:
-attempted to "aquascape" the tank. no more jungle for me
-took out cardinals, dont know what to add now
-got Riccia + tennelus. 2 almost impossible to find retail. got them of some local aquarists.
okay enough said here's the pix. they're kind of out of order, but still good. once i get the time, im going to do a complete journal instead of random posts.

i added tenellus after the pix. also going to trim the rotala in the back, as soon as i find out how to take it out without uprooting all the other plants since its root system is pretty large.

I love your tank! Your wal-mart fluorescent fixture was an inspiration to me and now I have an undercabinet fluorescent fixture on top of my tank too :D
