just picked up a 55gal tank,not the best tank but it was free.I would like to use it for a sump for my next project,120 wide(gotta kick the dovii out of there soon)anyway whats the best way to lay out the bulkheads inthis thing?Ive made one out of a 10gal,is it pretty much the same layout?Im new to this,any opinon is welcome,

I don't have any bulkheads in my sump, I just leave the top open to run plumbing in and out. Are you using an external pump that you need to plumb into the side of the sump?

I didnt know you didnt need to have bulkheads.I thought there was a reason for them,like I said Im new to this.Yes I will be running an external pump,its one of those coralife pumps that pushes 1200 gals or so,

If you post the dimensions of the sump, I'll gladly work out a standard layout for you that i can post up, so you can use it for reference./

the tank is 48 long ,13 wide and 24 inches high,sorry i took so long been busy
