I recently got a large Tomato Clown from a friend (he was tearing down his tank). This clown is an adult about 4". Every 10 minutes or so he stirs up the sand clouding my tank alot.
Any idea on what is wrong or what to do?

As an additional note - My first coral i bought yesterday a frogspawn has not yet came out. My calcium and KH is fine. My ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0, and nitrate is around 5-10.
How long until it fully comes out and is there anything wrong?
Its been in the tank for 24 hours.

Nothing is wrong, it has taken the sand as a host for a bit.

It isn't uncommon for a coral to be grumpy when first moving into a new tank. Just to be on the safe side what are the other water parameters you didn't list numbers for and how did you acclimate it?

Calium is 400, Kh is about 200ppm.
Acclimated it for about 30 mins.
Thanks alot for your help btw.

Your alk is a little high at 11.2 dkh compared to the Ca. Did you test the water the frogspawn was in? Again, most likely all is fine with it and it's just being a bit grumpy.

I was just looking at my tank, it appears my emerald crab is snacking on this coral?

On the tissue part or the base where algae might be?

Well you've just given me one more reason to not allow most crabs into my tank.

It actually happens quite a lot that emeralds have the potential to munch through a coral...Quite a predacious crab in my opinion....hence why i would never have one...

Yeah, I want to get him an anenome soon, when ever they are in at the LFS they sell quickly.

He doesn't need an anemone. Not sure how old your tank is or how long you've been reefing but I'd encourage you to hold off until the tank has matured.
