im thinking to change my stocklist; removing my purple fire fish(no fun but cute) before adding my last fish im still adding Cirrhilabrus scottorum and maybe Cirrhilabrus lineatus. yea im a wrasse freak -_-

True, but no need to have to get it immediately. You could plan on adding it when you're ready. :)
 
I say wait and find something else. I don't recommend either of those fish for your tank. The wrasse is difficult enough as it is, especially for a tank on the new side. The surgeonfish isn't that easy, either, but also needs a much larger tank than 75 gallons.

my tank is only 5 months old, yes its still a baby. beside saying its difficult, i would like to hear why.

The first problem is finding a healthy one to begin with. They are usually starved and/or in poor shape from the start. Then, you need to make sure there is plenty of macrofauna, like copepods and the like for them to graze upon. Beyond that, it is also essential to get them eating prepared foods, which can take time (which is why the former is necessary).
