Does anyone have any experience with this product? Is it any good?

I have a moderately planted tank and I want to add light, CO2 and a fertiliser like API Leaf Zone and hopefully get more growth from my plants. My LFS recommends this CO2 system. I think it has a Carbon electrode that slowly dissolves into the water by electrolysis.
