Try blackout, and improve your water circulation.
erythromycin works good on blue-green algae

You might double check that you are not over-feeding; also consider more plants to take up nutrients from the water instead of it becoming food for algae. Limit light duration to satisfy the main plants, maybe 9-10 hours a day. Fertilize 'good' plants with the correct dose for that size tank. Resist using any algaecide and concentrate instead on maintaining clean water.
I've read good things about H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) as a treatment.
Have yet to try it myself..
do a google search!

Apparently this works well as a spot treatment. Fill a syringe with H2O2, and inject it under-water directly onto/at the algae. The immediate high-concentration should do a significant amount of damage. *Very* shortly after, basically all you'll have is extra O2 dissolved in your water.

first off, i see two different types of algae. One is Blue-Green algae (cyanobacteria), the other is hair or thread algae.
cyanobacteria actually thrives in water that is low in nitrates, or has an unstable nitrate level.. so adding plants may only aggravate the issue until you get it resolved. ethromycin does indeed kill BGA, but it also kills a large portion of your biofilter.. which means that if you use it, you need to keep a very close eye on your water parameters to make sure you notice any mini cycles.
lowering the amount of light will help significantly against both types.

Lower light and less feeding.
