Hi everyone!
I love keeping aquaria and have for several years. I have had a 10 gallon with two goldfish for a few years (one recently died, so I'm down to one), and I have a 55 gallon with a pleco and I had three clown loaches (I've been planning on upgrading to a larger tank), two of the loaches died and I'm down to one. I think I needed better filtration.
Regardless I'm now in a pickle of a situation. :help: I love my fish and want to do the best for them, but I've gotten into a school in NZ. I plan on keeping fish there as well, I just can't take my current ones with.
Does anyone have any suggestions on rehoming my fish? I don't think I'll have a problem with the 10 gallon (one of my friends is eyeing my goldfish), I'm just afraid that because my 55 gallon is not an ideal situation (only maintained by frequent water changed) that if I gave the tank away as a set that the fish will die quickly. I don't know of anyone else who keep large aquaria, and these two fish need large homes. Where can I advertise to get people who actually know how to keep fish to take them?
