I bought 5 panda corys and put them in a quarantine tank with 9 zebro danios. All was well for the first couple of days. The corys schooled around and were quite active. Two days ago, I noticed they were not schooling and would just sit around, not moving much. Yesterday 2 died. Today, one more has died. No visible signs of anything wrong. The remaining two just sit around and don't do much of anything. They do eat, but that is about it...

Ammonia and Nitrite both at 0. Nitrate at 5ppm. 7.4 pH..

Any ideas?

could have been sick when you bought them, if they were sick you may not have been able to tell until it was too late. Did they show any signs of not eating or flipping or scratching on rocks?
They could have just been bad stock, corys are usually shipped in large quantities.

was there something wrong with the Zebra Danios to cause them to be in quarantine? Or is it an growout/quarantine tank?

Cories are very poor shippers, in general. Many times, they are shipped with pure 02 pumped in the bag, and since they surface to gulp air, this can actually burn their gills. I don't buy cories until they've been at the LFS for at least a week. My LFS recently had a shipment of skunks come in--the whole lot died within 4 days.
