Since my algae thread I had an idea... and I may be remiss in not searching thoroughly on the site but what fish have you had luck with when you have apple snails in your tank? I had my male betta in the 10G with my babies and he bit off their antennae. 
So i moved him back to his 3G tank. meanie doesnt want anyone in his tank with him. His new name is Poopiehead von Snailharrasser.
I have thought about rummy nose tetras and rasboras and have read mixed results. What say you AQ, any advice?
