Discus feeding

My little discus are growing and I would like to know when to stop feeding them 3 times a day. I just ordered Ocean Nutrition brine shrimp pluss flake so in 3-6 business days Ill have new food to feed them. I heard that San Francisco bay brand frozen food is bad for them is this true?

mike..I typically keep feeding discus (even adults) 3Xdaily..
small amounts.

the reason..by nature they are foragers..their anatomy and physiology set them up with relatively fast metabolisms..their climate is warm helping that along..they have relatively large bodies with small internal organs(stomachs)


I usually feed my juvies atleast 3 x daily.
I don't like the sf brand I use oregon desert
btw drop a sinking algae wafer in for them once in awhile..mine will steal them from the pleco.
