What can i do to take away cloudy water? I cycled, vacuumed my tank, any sugestions

How did you cycle the tank?
What are your cuttent ammonia/nitrite/nitrate readings?
How long has this tank been up?

Need more info on the tank before we can help you. What size tank? How long has it been up and running? Is it cycled and if so for how long? How did you cycle it? Did you do a fishless cycle or did you cycle with fish? Speaking of fish, what kind of fish are in the tank now and how many? What are your readings for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate?
