Lost my new albino bristlenose. I'm pretty sure he came sick, never made it out of quarantine. The lfs' printed policy is 3 days to return for 1/2 price, just bring receipt, deceased and water sample.
I brought above 8 days later and the guy said he would special order a new one for me no charge. They're not all blood-sucking murdurous scoundrels, lo and behold.

Before you say that, how much did you pay for it? I imagine that he can get them for $2-3 each.
