do feather dusters lay eggs? kind of a dumb questoin, i know, but seriously, do they? one of mine has emitted this gelationous net-like thing that seems to be full of tiny eggs. it is coming out of the tube and is stuck to the rock the feather duster is on, and the FD's crown is no where to be seen. does someone have any experience with this?

Specifically, they are gametes...fertilised eggs and then develop to free swimming larvae which land on the rocks.....

i'll try and snap a shot, but it's too small to get a clear pic...and the way it's situated in the tank makes it difficult as well.
