:help:i am having a problem with my aquarium. i have a 180 gallon tank with a built in overflow on one side. the reture tube come out in that same corner. yes an overflow in a freshwater aquarium. i have a powerhead on the other side so there is very good flow. the link below will show my setup except for now my sump is now 40 gallons. THE PROBLEM IS THAT i have alot of particles floating around and i cant really add any HOB FILTERS BECUAUSE i have an acrylic aquarium with ero brace which does not have room for hob's. what should i do to clear my water up. mostly it is algee that the sucker fish moves around off the sides, poop, and other stuff from the gravel. but it wont clear up. i have the water running to the sump underneath with a 200 gallon cascade canister filter, and a 60 gallon aquarium HOB filter. and two return pumps to the main tank that probably pump 700 gallon per hour together.. what else can i do.
