Almost, but there are boards underneath that you cant see(they are black) to keep it off the floor/carpet. That spot used to be a bookshelf 
Yes there are fish lol, just hard to see in the pics, and not that many really.
12 cory cats juli/bronze, 8 otto's 5 rummynose, 3 cardinals, 5 glowlight and harlequin rasbora tetras, and 8 guppies. Will be upping the stocks soon.

I notice you describe it as "low tech." No CO2? What kind of lighting/substrate/fertilizers are you using?

Thanks guys. The lighting is just a 80W shop light, and 2 coralife lights with 2 15W bulbs each, and another hood light that is 15W. There is a mix of fine gravel on the bottom, then a pebble like gravel and 5bags of flourite on top. and yes no CO2 injection at all. Only ferts i use atm is a liquid fertilizer. And yea... its mostly new plants that i got XD The crypts are already starting to melt abit, but they will be fine. heres as a few before pics of the tank as it progressed.
So, as you can see it has changed alot! lol had lots of steady growth, but the majority of the plants are form a purchase off of someone getting out of the hobby.
