I know there are a few people around here in the Washington DC area, so.....
The Pharmacy Prophets are playing in Arlington at the Iota Club next Friday. (April 13). They are are a really good original band, though I am a bit biased since the guitar player is a friend of mine.
If I had to characterize them, I'd say they sound a lot like the band "Live", but with a harder, more rocking edge, and heavier guitar solos and such. All original, no covers.
