I have two dolphins and a girl yellow lab in my tank. She is alone for about 2 months.

Today I realised that my yellow lab's mouth is full and there is a bulge in the anus part. She looks bit stressed and chases dolphins.

I know that it is a little bit difficult to have babies from another kind of fish. How could it be possible? What am I gonna do now?

Looks to be mouthbrooding (whether the eggs are fertilized or not remains to be seen; if unfertilized they'll 'go bad' and she'll discard or consume them within 3 or 4 days).

You mentioned that she's only been with 'dolphins', however in the pic there's a fish which isn't an apparent cyrtocara moorii. What fish is she with now?

Mbuna's are capable of crossbreeding with other lake malawi non-mbuna african cichlids.

What diet is your yellow lab on?

KB I kinda thought the same about the other fish and crossbreeding, looks like a ruby red peacock.
