Good Beefheart recipe(s) please and....

I get calf hearts, cut it into strips, wash it and grind it. I then add spirilina, garlic, and a color flake containing anathaxin (or whatever that red color enhancer chemical is). I do not use gelatin. My fish do not seem to want to eat as much when I use gelatin.

I bought a bunch of flake food that is almost all spirulina. I feed my fish as much as they will eat. I freeze this mixture after I make it. I make a whole calf heart at a time.
 
Spirulina can be bought in bulk, by the ounce at health food stores. I also use alfalfa leaves, again from the h/f store. Grind these and add to mix.
I also use ESTER-C, open gel caps and add powder to mix, in addition I use fish oil for omega-3's.
