you're loading the pictures wrong. If you want to put them here from off your computer, you have to use the paper clip option at the top of the message box (advanced). If you want to link to a URL, then you click the little yellow box with the mountain in it.
 
Try to click on your Quick Reply box the Go Advanced and then click Manage Attachments. Click Browse and go to your folder where your photos are posted. Click Upload and wait for a few minutes. It'll indicate when it is finished. Close that window afterwards and submit your post.
