most dividers from any major company are basically the same. It is usually a piece of plastic with holes punched in it for flow of water and nutrients. Brands won't have a large difference in pricing.

The crating has 1/2 inch squares, so is good only for bigger fish. They come in big sheets (4x2 feet, I think ??). You can find them at home hardware type stores. They are used as fluorescent lighting covers, usually there is a whole shelving unit with different kinds, metallic ones and bumpy acrylic sheets. You want the white plastic kind. They are easily cut to size with snips.
If you need smaller holes, you can get plastic needlepoint canvas (craft stores, Wal-Mart craft section). You could attach it to the crating with fishing line or make end pieces to slide it into out of either plastic molding (there’s a kind with a wide flat side and a 1/8” opening side) or the plastic end pieces from report covers.

What are you trying to seperate?
You could probably use plexiglass, cut it to size and drill some holes in it.

plexi-glass is more expensive than you think, it would be easier and cheaper to just buy a plastic divider.
