Howzit guys I'm new to this site and to saltwater overall here is my setup

80g Tank
Reef octopus PS
15gal sump
Uv Sterilizer
Cascade canister filter
3 t5 54w
60 pounds of live rock
argonite substrate
I have 5 chromis 1 yellowtail damsel 2 blue/yellow damsel 1 powderblue tang 1 yellow tang 1 hipo tang 1 dwarf zebra lion fish 1 leatherjacket filefish 1 pink spotted shrimp goby 1 purple firefish
6 hermit crabs, 3 purple knobbed starfish
I know its allot of stock but they are all small and I will be upgrading to a much bigger tank in a year after i have moved

Hey theo, welcome to AC! Sounds like a nice setup. As you've already said it's quite a stockload but glad to see you're planning an upgrade. My only suggestions would be to add some more liverock, 1lb per gallon or more is generally reccomended, make sure you do regular cleanouts of the canister filter (nitrate factories otherwise), and you don't mention any powerheads so I'd presume your flow may be a little on the low side.

thanks for the welcome. sorry forgot to post i have 3 powerheads rated at 1200glh each. I'm not using my canister filter often just after cleaning my tank to clear the water. My parameters are all excellent as well.
