How goes it? So I'm obviously new to the site and pretty new to the saltwater game. I've had my tank since September of '07. I started out with just a 20g and moved up to a 55g in January of '08. I've made some mistakes that I'm still trying to deal with (such as overstocking), but they're all getting worked out slowly. I had to setup my 20g again due to the overstocking problem, which kinda sucks but it was my own fault. Currently my 55g is technically still overstocked, even though it doesn't seem like it.
As of right now, this is what I have in my 55g:
Other than that, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I'll post more pics soon. Basically I'm here to gain knowledge. If somone has advise on my overstock issue, I'm all ears. I'd hate to have to get rid of any of my fish though, so I'm hoping to find a better solution. I'm also in the midst of contimplating whether or not I should setup a sump...but as cheaply as possible. If you got suggestions on that, hit me up. Alright, good fishin'. Mike
As of right now, this is what I have in my 55g:
- Snowflake eel
- Fuzzy Dwarf Lion
- False Percula
- Small Picasso Trigger
- And an Angel of some sort. I purchased it from a LFS that doesn't deal with much saltwater and they had it labeled as a bicolor. I'll post a pic and maybe someone could actually tell me what it is. It looks like a juvenile Emperor, but without the clear tail.
- I also have my inverts...Green bulb anemone, serpent star, brittle star, chocolate chip, my blue leg hermits and zebra snails (about 20 of each), and my two cleaner shrimp.
