I know this is probably talked to death, but I tried to search and got thousands of threads. So if you don't mind talking about it again, or if you can point me in the right direction, please.:o
Are there any small plecos...ok for 40gal tank.. If so, any sources? I really love these guys but my tanks are all too small.
 
yea dude, off the top of the dome.....bristlenoses, bulldogs...and clowns. im sure there are plenty more. make sure you toss in driftwood

How about Pitbull and rubberlip ? Go to Exoticfinds. There are 3 pages of plecos and their approx sizes. Hope this helps.
 
I'd highly recommend the L204 'flash plec'. Its my personal favourite plec. Grows max 5".
