I need some advice, but it has to be toned down and given step by step so that my mom can help.
Patriot, my Betta, has been separated from the Cories and Methuselah because of his aggression level. Could his constant chasing of the Cories caused enough stress to explain an exophthalmis cory losing his/her eye? If not, what would you do to treat that eye socket?

dont you hate it how when u post anywhere but cichlids, general freshwater and newbie that you raraly get a response?
since it has been a week since u actually posted this thread i figured i would post casue any time i can give advice to you is an honour.
Is the eye totally gone? and was it from being attacked or do you know?
well if the cory lost its eye from being attacked by the betta i would just give it some melafix and a quarrantine tank. if it was some other cause i dunno what 2 do.

Yeppers...I might accidentally post any future Corydoras questions in Cichlids...
The eye is totally gone, so I'd just be treating the socket for secondary infection...and, as you said, I'll be Melafixing it...actually I'll call home about it tomorrow and see what my mom can do for the Ambiacus. Thanks, Tightdog1! (And thanks for the compliment and attention paid to my post! :D)

My mom checked, and the eye had completely healed over...I guess the Melafix isn't necessary, then?

Well, two eyes didn't seem to find the food...as long as the sense of smell works for it, things are good!
