goby wont eat

okay well i just got a Citron Clown Goby and i cant make him eat any suggestions?

bump...please help we had success with gobies before yet he wont eat

shrimp pellets ?
We feed our goby's the shrimp pellets ,and they also eat flakes , i have seen them eat scraps of shrimp from the clowns .
Get some copepods maybe this will help.
im new all i can think of .
Try and aim the food near where they dig in and hide ,then pray lol

Live baby brine shrimp and cyclop-eeze are supposed to be good starter foods.

I see in your signature you have a snowflake eel, if you've put the goby in with the snowflake I would say chances are the eel will eat the goby.

http://www.aquahobby.com/2004/comment.gif This fish is full of personality. They make great nano fish. They are the largest of the clown gobies. I have had mine for 2 months now. The only problem with this fish and other species in its genus, is that they can be hard to get feeding. Clown gobies in general come into the trade malnourished, and can sometimes die within a month. I quickly got it eating cyclopleeze. I saw that wasn't enough. I finally got it eating pieces of shrimp using the spot feeding method. That is the only reason that makes them difficult. They typically don't do well in large tanks, because its hard to get to them, or they get lost. Finally there are two varieties. They come in yellow and what looks like brown. It's a regional difference. Hope citron clown goby owners enjoy.

nope mine is nice and plump tommarrow i shal go buy some live food and cyclopleeze...yet again i am running out of money...
