Welcome to the May 2008 Tank Of The Month competition.
Voting is now open to everybody, one vote only per person.
There will be a limited 14 days voting period, followed by the selection of a winner with the highest number of votes from AquariaCentral.com . If in the instance of more than one winner is selected (same number of votes), a secondary 7 days voting would be held to determine the winner.
The winner of the previous months TOTM contest will not be eligible to enter another Tank of the Month Contest for the next three months, and win the prize for 12 months, to ensure fairness and opportunity for other participants to win.

Yeah, 6 would of gotten my vote, if there was a fish that I could find in it....A big o Aro would look awesome in there, if its big enough for one, cant tell what size it is without some indicator of scale.

4 and 9 had my votes- though had to toss a coin and 4 got it for me.
hough 2 looked neat! but no offense plants looked too fake but the scaping was awesome!

I really was torn between 4,9, and 11 In nine the water looked a bit green, in 4 i didn't see any fish :(

I narrowed my choices down to three. 2, 9, & 10.
#2 has a nice visual apperance particularly the background plants (whether fake or not). #10 looks good too. But all in all I think the wood in #9 gave it an extra kick :)

I have to give credit to #6 for going with something bold and different. As for #7, have the rules changed such that we no longer need to provide a pic that includes the full tank? I've noticed a few pictures slipping in with only partial tank coverage... not a big deal, but good to know if that's now allowed.
Man, it was a tough choice this time around though. In the end it was #2 for me. That's a handsome, handsome tank (fake plants or not). Though, several of these were phenomenal.
More inspiration for my shiny new 33-gal :D
