I've been threading it up in the past few days, lol.
I want to get a single cherry shrimp to put in my 5 gallon(In total the tank will contain three endlers, two juvenile ADFs and one cherry). The tank is fed:frozen daphnia, cyclops, bloodworms, krill, mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, plankton, soon tilapia. The cubes which are part of the diet contain watercress, spirulina algae, wheat flour, plankton, spinach, lettuces, and various vitamins, but the ones with veggies are fed on a sporadic basis, about 2 times a week. I'm not really one to keep too many fresh veggies as I live alone and don't eat much, so I was thinking algae pellets. How often and how much should I feed the shrimp?

And in the setup above would there be room for one mystery snail? I have ecocomplete and don't want it impacting on me. That and I re-realized how much I love snails the other day, though if the pond snail I saw in my tank the other day starts reproducing, there is going to be an exception. A really cute exception.

I think that with what you are already feeding, the shrimp will be fine. If you want you could target feed with algae wafers or something like hikari crab cuisine. The only issue with adding a mystery snail is that they are pretty large waster producers for their size. Generally speaking, each adult mystery (pomacea bridgesii) snail needs about 2.5g of tank for its bioload. They are an awesome critter to keep though.

yeah, each snail needs about 2.5g of tank capacity for the ideal bioload.
