Just a quick follow up to the post I made earlier about the Jelly Bean cichlids that I posted. I just got up a little bit ago (Yes I know its late but when you work midnights its a different story) and noticed that all of the eggs hatched out and the proud parents are guarding the little fry like a pair of junk yard dogs, they all seem to be wiggling around frantically. I posted a few pics but they are all bad because the lighting is kinda low and I didn't want to spook the parent fish. Let me know what you think!!

Nice. Wait until the fry become free-swimming which is the time you should start feeding them. Expect them to roam around the tank in group with the parents bringing up the rear. Interesting to observe is the fact any stray fry ends up grabbed by the parent and spit back into the group.;)

cool, good luck.

haha my 55 gal is kind of bare right now, just the 4 jellybeans and 1 gourami at the moment,
