I assume that I am going to get blasted for even asking this because I think I already know the answer. Is a Jebo Skimmer even worth looking into? The name Jebo just sounds crappy and I have never seen them for sale except on eBay.

Check out the Seaclone, this seems similar. If it looks the same it may be easier to find opinions on that one. From what I have seen most don't care for it stating it requires frequent adjustment. Those that don't mind messing with it have a fair opinion. I skipped past it and went for the Aqua C Remora as it had favorable reviews.

You get what you pay for, in my experience with aquaria-related equipment.

I ordered a skimmer from them and it never worked correctly or produced any skimmate. I have heard of people saying the skimmer works pretty well, but I did not have any luck with it. When I got rid of the Jebo skimmer, I bought the AquaC Remora and used it as a hob skimmer and it worked really well. Since then I have upgraded my tank and added a sump and am currently using an Octopus skimmer and it is excellent and pretty affordable. IMO I would not hold back and get one that has a good reputation.
