Recomended Air Pump

Which air pump do you recomend for driving sponge pumps? It will be used on a 10g tank and a 15/20g tank.

Quietness is NOT the most important factor since none of the tanks are located near the bedrooms. I guess the most important factor is how well it works, and the reliability. Cost obviously is a factor too...

Appreciate any feedback from the experienced ones...

Just curious, Penn Plax builds one called "Silent Air X??" models that are real cheap. Do they function as cheap as the the price indicates? :D

I only have experience with Hagens models. Reliable, but real noisy unless you isolate the vibration. I think their smaller models should do you fine.

IMO (in my opinion), Rena air pumps are the best.
