Is anyone from Orlando?
My buddies and i just booked a trip in July to Orlando Florida for a week of Disney and beach trips. I know it gets hot during the summer, and a few told me that the heat may push some crowds away from the theme parks.
Comments?
Im SOOO excited. The last time i was in florida was 1998

I went to Orlando last July and although it was hot there were still crowds. We didn't go to Disney, just Universal and Sea World. We stayed right at Universal at the Portofino Bay, pretty darn nice. Anyways it does get pretty hot but it seemed to rain every afternoon for a little bit and this helped cool it off. If you have a vehicle I would soooo recommend making the drive to Daytona Beach, it will be so worth your time!! We also went to Gator Land, pretty cheesy but it was fun too. As for night time entertainment we had a ball over at City Walk, you buy the unlimited pass so you can have access to all the clubs/bars and the prices per drink really aren't too bad. It was nice for us because we just caught the boat right back to our hotel from the Universal dock over at City Walk. Hope you have a good time!!!
Make sure you bring lots of sunscreen:p:

Actually if you are flying you are better off buying your sunscreen once you get there! You are only allowed to take small (I think it's like 3oz) containers of any lotions or liquids on the plane now. We ended up having to throw away a brand new tube of sunscreen, just to buy more once we got there.
But if you put it in your checked baggage, you wont have to throw it away.;)
