After waiting for my tank to cycle for 2.5 weeks, I have finally been able to add my Crystal Reds and Black Diamonds a few days ago.
I'm still waiting to add more plants... just not sure what kind yet. All I have been doing lately is constantly checking planted tank forum's for sale section, to see if there are any rare plants for sale. I might just deck this shrimp tank with a bunch of rare plants.

Anyway, I'd like to share some pics!
This is a 40G breeder tank by the way :)

Very nice. I love those backdrop plants !! and the good grade shrimps

Thanks :-) I need to start trimming those plants in the back soon. Maybe replant or sell them off...

Black Diamonds are also known as Crystal Black Shrimp and Bee Shrimp.
Yes, they can interbreed with the Crystal Reds. Although, it's not a very big problem because the babies come out with solid colors of black diamonds and crystal reds. Black is the dominant gene though.
