I actually just went to a new PetSmart and noticed they were selling them as well, but I had already bought them online.
Meal worms: large and hard shells.
Shrimp: same as above
I bought these first and they were only used once for my fish (tiger barbs). These both IMO would be to large for any fish under 3-4 inches and even then depending on mouth size I think they would be to large. They would be good for a fish like an Oscar or other large fish with large mouths.
Eggs: My fish love these. They are nice and small and some come in small clumps of eggs that bigger fish can take down easily, and still have a nice fill. For smaller fish just push on them and the ball will brake down to the individual eggs.
Larvae: My fish love these as well. All my fish can take these down, even my rainbow shark. The only fish who cant is my opaline gourami who is about 3-4 inches.
If these are for the fish in your sig. I would recommend the larvae and the eggs. They will enjoy them a lot. I'm not sure how big puffers are, but the shrimp and the meal worms may be good for it. I know there is some large puffer that has to eat things with shells so the teeth don't get to long or something of the like. If it is the same for your puffer these would be a good option. But I think the larvae can accomplished the same thing if the puffer is small.
As far as storage, they HAVE to be refrigerated. When I got the shrimp and meal worms I didn't refrigerate and they rotted and smelled horrid. The were chucked and now I refrigerate the eggs and larvae.
Hope your fish enjoy them!
