I have 6 angels in my 210g community tank. I noticed one of my marbled angels has both eyes bulging out of it's head and is not eating well.... I think it may be blind as it ignores food that falls right in front of it.

Does my angel have exopthalmus or a marine equivalent? I've had the angel about 3 months.

I have had good readings 0/0/10-20 and I do twice weekly 30% water changes.

Any suggestions?

with popeye there is not much you can really do.. the problem is trying to determine what caused the popeye.

keep the water clean and see what happens.

Yeah it sounds like popeye to me which usually is caused by water conditions. Keep up on the daily water changes.

Daily large water changes to maintain pristine water. Consider QT the affected Angel if possible. Make sure test kit is in date (If its API check the lot number on each tube; last 4 digits are mm/yy and test is good for three years from that date).

Depends. it could heal up fine or it could lose an eye. Depends on what is causing the problem. Sounds like you keep things nice and tidy which is the usual cause of pop eye. He may have an infection of some type. I would try to QT him and treat with an antibiotic.

popeye is a Sx of a multitude of issues(aka catchall)..including bacterial infection and injury.
