I have read some recommendations for doing daily partial water changes. Some say as much as 25% daily partial water changes to keep the water very clean, some suggest less, which will help fish cope with the stress of the disease. It supposedly siphoning off the gravel removes some of the intermediate stage trophonts and tomites and adds oxygen. Obviously I would have to replenish the 2 tsp of salt per gallon. It has been three days since I did a water change. Should I do one today? What are your thoughts?

I am always a fan of wc's. I would do it and do a nice gravel vac and wip down the inside of the glass to the best of your ability. As you mentioned, just refresh the amount of salt removed. When I was treating with salt tx (not for ich, but different parasite), I did large volume wc's frequently and had successful treatment.

Partial water changes and gravel vacs as often as you are willng to do them. Every day is not too often while you are treating.

It really depends, some people do it with fry and baby shrimp. I heard very good results with that. But depending on what tank conditions u have, u can either go with the no water change method in NPT where u just top off what ever water evaporated. Or as much as a 50% water change every week with EI dosing.
