Well, here it is in it's resting place... sadly empty. I may move it over about two feet to get it out from under the window, but that's an aesthetic decision (no sunlight comes through that window).

I've got to clean it some more. What do you guys suggest to clean it? I've got some debris, a bit of salt/sand, and some algae/mold growing on the glass. The sealant seems to be still pliant. It was only outside for two months, in a protected enclosure.

I've got a finnix Titanium 200W heater. A korila 2. An aquaclear 30. This gives me 575 gph.

I've got have the custom top trimmed, so I'm thinking of adding a CPR BAK-PAK skimmer. There are a few on e-bay pretty cheap. I'll have to get a Maxi-jet 1200 for another 295gph.

The lights are awesome (twin 96W PCs) with one actinic, one 10K, and two moon lights.

Of course, I still need a RO/DI unit. I know a guy who's planning on getting rid of his, but he's waiting to get the money for an upgrade.

Then we're for sand and LR.

I first try a bleach solution and then maybe some vinegar.

I have always been a chicken when it comes to the bleach so I am a firm believer in the vinegar solution. Works great on powerheads and seems to really get the gunk (coraline/salt creep) off.

Just a thought, but you might want to consider removing the solid cover (so it appears in the above pic) and replacing it with 'eggcrate'. Does wonder for temp control and infusing room air to reduce C02 in the tank (especially with an open window). HTH
