Don't need any plants at the moment but I'll offer a guess on the name of the last plant.

It looks like it could be a foxtail, aka watermilfoil. Maybe Myriophyllum pinnatum or M. simulans. That's my guess.

Thanks! I thought it was some kind of Myriophyllum. :)
UPDATE:
*Anubias SOLD, HYGROPHILA CORYMBOSA 'SIAMENSIS' SOLD.
*A few portions of MTS left.

*Najas grass changed to $2, because I know some people sell here for $2. Wouldn't feel right that my price is higher.

Anyone thinking about buying from revernance I would go for it!:grinyes:
I bought the Anubias, HYGROPHILA, Hornwort and the Malaysian Trumpet snails and I'm very happy with what I was sent. The anubias is my favorite. It's the greenest plant in my tank! Shipment was fast and revernance answered all my questions and let me know when the plants were shipped. I will order from revernance again!
