How I pack:
Each plant will be in a ziplock bag with moist newspaper or paper towel and a bit of air to prevent
smashing. Some plants will be in a poly bag with water if fragile.
Many people have used to method with no problem.
$5 Anubias. ANUBIAS BARTERI VAR. BARTERI One Rhizome with 6 big leaves, and 1 new leaf coming out.
$2 Hornwort. CERATOPHYLLUM DEMERSUM. You'll get a good portion. They are growing really fast. (Low
$3 Najas Grass (Guppy Grass) 4x4 patch. The upper region is green and big. It likes to be
floated and grows fast. Low to high light.
$2 HYGROPHILA CORYMBOSA 'SIAMENSIS' (That really big plant in the left middle of my tank( I've trimmed
it. It has 6 good leaves, and will grow up to be like that. It has some small holes on the leaves.)
Rotala sp. $1. (7 stems each 6 inch long).
Java moss (about baseball size) $5
Malaysian Trumpet snail $1 for 10. (about 1/4 Inch. I'll throw in some big ones).
Free:
*duckweed (Might be illegal in some state. Please let me know where you are).
*an unnamed plant. Anyone care to take a guess on a name?
