Parasitic Infection?

My brother's blue ram has had this white spot on her side, and I thought it was just a gouge caused by her fighting with the other apistos in the tank... But now Think its a parasitic infect. Something is on her eye now, when I first saw it, I thought it was another wound, but it looks like a worm and covers the eye partially. All other fish are fine except her.

is the white spot on her side disk shaped? if so it could be fish lice. the one that looks like a worm is probably an anchor worm. move her to an isolation tank right away, before the others get it. treat her with meds for parasites. ive used tank buddies fizz tabs for anchor worms with success. you can get them at wal-mart for about 5 bucks.
