TERRIBLE Night

Well it started out ok went to the lfs for coral
bought 5 good sized frags of polps and what not and then went in for what i have wanted forever
a gbta only 30 for the large so i bought it
got home acclimated it for an hour it looked GREAT
nice green coloration and attached to the rock right away i went downstairs to see my family and came back up to and anemone half shredded in a monster power head
can they recover only the very edge of him got stuck id like to get him out if hes gonna die

Is his Foot/Column damaged or just his tentacles?

his foot is a little but not bad not his column so im trying to optimistic he is still inflated on 3/4 of his body any advice

They seem to really look after themselves. If they don't like where they are they move. I would try to feed it VERY SMALL pieces fo silverside to keep it healthy. He should eat about 2-3x a week. THat will also be an indicator of his happiness/health. Hope it all works out for you!
