Well...the tank is drilled which is a good thing..You will need...
Two bulk heads to match the holes drilled - Bulkheads (http://www.fishfurfeather.com/rigid-pipe-and-fittings-bulkheads-c-1_120_121_127.html)
Some 90 and 45 degree bends - Bends (http://www.fishfurfeather.com/rigid-pipe-and-fittings-elbows-c-1_120_121_128.html)
Solvent - Glue (http://www.fishfurfeather.com/rigid-pipe-and-fittings-miscellaneous-c-1_120_121_133.html)
Pipe work to match bulkheads - Pipe (http://www.fishfurfeather.com/rigid-pipe-and-fittings-pipes-and-clips-c-1_120_121_136.html)
Return Pump ( will need to match overflow rate. A 1 inch over flow is about 600 gph - Pump (http://www.fishfurfeather.com/pumps-aquarium-c-1_37_28.html)
Thats about your lot for the plumbing side of it. The linked items above are mearly an example, however, its a firm i have used a lot, and they are very reliable..

LOL....glue it all together, make a bridge, a car...whatever takes your fancy ;)
Seriously, it does take a little planning on paper, work out what bends you need, how much pipe work etc etc....
