that appears to be a Berried shrimp. That means it is in fact carrying fertilized eggs in its tail sction.
Earlier you may have noticed a whitsh or yellowish "saddle" on the shrimp. It looks like a tiny horse saddle. this happens when the eggs are produced. Then once fertilized, thay are carried as in your pic.

It looks like an amano shrimp to me. If so, the young will need a dedicated tank for grow out that will range from brackish to sw during their development.

most likely amanos, though i've read that there is a doppleganger species that can be raised in FW.
